I've never really found toxic players in quick match (perhaps because by the time you get to the 1 year played/two and a half stars skill level, most of the toxics are gone). If anything, I've found HotS during the Nexus Challenge events to be toxic.

As soon as my third quick match, people were bitching that I wasn't flying as Pharah (I was, can't fly forever, certain instances walking is just as good), not using my ult as Rein (was saving it), etc.
