When I sprained my ankle it hurt for about 5 months. I couldnt use it properly for over a month.

I strained my elbow (tennis elbow) twice and it was awful. 1st time was very painful and more severe, took me a month to recover and couldnt even hold a glass of water.

I am frustrated at the two weeks it’s barely been usable. I haven’t biked in weeks, and weightlifting doesn’t hurt but it’s difficult. Heal already!

So if you go to Raider.io , they renamed all the shadowlands dungeons. De Other side is call De other kings rest and plaguefall is called flubber.
