Not to be completely insensitive, seems like those problem can all be worked on, and quite easily. Either get your GF to use sleep mode/silent, or go to bed at a better time and get your damn pets out....

If I shut the door the cat screams at the door. My GF flat out refuses to use the sleep mode, I keep telling her. Also it doesnt matter what time I go to bed, my GF gets outta bed at 1:30am, so if I go to bed before that i get woken up then, she then gets in at around 5:30am, so I get woken up then too.

Nothing insanely important to be stressed over, I just tend to get stressed over not sleeping enough, it makes me real grouchy

Maybe his BP numbers are a bit high/off and they want to monitor him throughout the day and see how it progresses. I don't know his situation so I can only speculate.

It's because of my polycythemia (which, this last blood test shows, may be going away!). We want to see my blood pressure average through an entire day and night. So I am wearing an actual blood pressure cuff around my left bicep, all day and night tonight. Every half hour a blood pressure machine, strapped to my side, inflates the cuff and takes the measurement. Tomorrow I'll drop off the cuff and machine at the doctor's office and they'll examine the data, making recommendations about my blood pressure medications I already take (such as increasing or decreasing them).
