I was really thinking about this while reading Punpun, and it's one of the few manga that I'm not sure could really have an anime. If it did I would definitely be excited for it and hope it's done well, but as you said it would need a lot to truly pull off in the way the manga is portrayed. a simple "adaption" wouldn't work, it would need the feel of the manga to go along with it. It'd probably fit into 26 episodes, since a lot of the chapters not a lot happens, even though it may feel like it does. They'd have to adapt the entire thing in one fell swoop though, since the chances of a second season for Punpun are none. Originally Posted by goriq
