yes please
Haven't gotten around to watching everything (most notably Hibiki. Though I couldn't even get through the first episode, so eh.) but I think I've finally watched everything that could potentially get on the list.
I don't feel like ranking them, but my top 10 of 2016:
Poco's Udon World
Erased
Gate
Grimgar
Konosuba
Shouwa Genroku
Hero academy
Flying witch
Rezero
Honobono log
I'd say AotY was either Erased or Poco.

Playing catch up with IBO S2, just got through episode 38 where Mikazuki takes out the Mobile Armor. That was quite the hype sequence that had IBO's signature grittiness to it. Mech combat doesn't have the same sterile look to it, but involves Mikazuki ending bloodied, with his Gundam in tatters. All in all, despite my complaints that "mobile armor" feels randomly dropped in that sequence was killer.
Gona check this now:

Genre: Adventure, Fantasy
The story takes place in Dragon Country. Nonoko is a newly appointed dentist and her mission is to protect the dragon, the guardian of the country, from tooth-cavity bacteria. One day, amid increasingly fierce battles with the neighboring country, Nonoko finds on the dragon's tooth an unconscious boy soldier from the enemy country. His name is Bell, and he has been resurrected from inside the tooth by the dragon—a supernatural phenomenon that legend says occurs before a major disaster. As Nonoko and Bell go through a series of fierce battles, they eventually learn to accept their fate. (Source: Official website)
I dont have high hopes tho.
Don't sweat the details!!!
So dentist anime. Its animation is pretty good, but so far is just a story of demons from teeth and dragon teeth being some type of gates for human souls or something.
Its unique enogh.
Don't sweat the details!!!
I'm going to try AniFix, I'll let you know how it goes.
Anime World Order is interestesting, sometimes they get into the mangakas and producers, etc. They also talk about conventions a lot which I don't really care about.
Anime News Network has a podcast that sucks mostly, but every once in a while they bring on some pretty knowledgeable people.
