This is now a overlord thread.
Lyrics:
Don't hesitate to face destruction
You know, even the pieces remaining within these hands
Belong to you.
Even if I lose everything I have something to offer.
My future, my life...
My burnt-out emotions, my fruitless prayers,
The ugliness I cling to,
the foolishness I provide
, My ailed voice, my stained hands,
And my heart, held open by the scars.
I have been wishing for nothing but your happiness,
over and over.
Even if there's nothing in these hands..
. If there's still time, I'll do it all over, again and again.
I don't care if it's meaningless or futile.
Even if the days I've built up scatter mercilessly...
Even if my feelings become a curse...
I don't care if it all ends in vain,
without any reward.
I can't see anything but you anymore!
In the dark clouds beyond this path,
I'm sure any light would eventually perish.
If that's fate......
Instead of living as if I'm waiting for hope,
I'll give my everything in this moment!
My burnt-out emotions, my fruitless prayers,
The ugliness I cling to, the foolishness I provide...
I don't care what happens to any of it!
I'll offer my everything to you. Nothing would make me happier than if I could be with you forever......

So I did finish Konosuba. I wish more "stuck in a video game world" isekais were more like it. It doesn't take itself seriously, and focuses on comedy and fun characters, instead of whatever the fuck SAO was trying to do. I think my favorite character ended up being Darkness (other than Wiz, who wasn't really around much, but because of Gabriel Dropout, I like the concept of fantasy or supernatural beings playing the opposite their stereotype). Not just due to the giant bazongas, but because the funniest moments to me seemed to revolve around her and her unusual quirk. Which, by the way, is another great concept along with Wiz. A Crusader who takes a beating because she's a masochist. Probably not the first time it has happened, but still. Megumin I liked, which is odd because I typically don't go for the chuuni character in a show (even the show exclusively about them). In season 2 she felt rather subdued though. Played the straight man at times, and wasn't featured as much.
I watched Charlotte recently. Won't say much about the show. It definitely wasn't great, but damn the music in it was so good.
Also my third time going through B Gata H Kei. This show continues to entertain me. And no, not just the boobs. The innuendo jokes are solid, and work very well with the story, and aren't thrown at you constantly like other shows. On a dub note, this is my favorite performance by Cherami Leigh, and possibly one of my favorite performances period in any anime. Almost overshadows the main character. I would like to see a season 2, if nothing else just for the comedy alone.
Just out of curiosity, have you seen Log Horizon? It isn't as much of a comedy as Konosuba, but it has it's funny moments. It does focus way more on character though. What I really liked was how it was much more about the characters trying to work within the games systems to try and actually make a life inside the game vs. any other similar series.
Dragon Ball is pretty awesome. DBZ on the other hand just never interested me all that much.

Finished Love Lab. Solidly funny all the way through. There are a couple dramatic moments, but it still does thing knowing it's a comedy. Plenty of fourth wall breaking (almost literally, at one point one girl attacks another's thought bubble, and then comments that she did it). Good characters that mostly didn't feel too stereotype-y. Especially Maki, the student council president who isn't cold and "by the books", in fact, she has a very embarrassing personality behind the scenes. The story itself isn't really "romance", rather, it's about girls learning to attract girls, so the genre tag is a bit misleading. Never really straight up, "I might die" hilarious, but always making me smile. Could use a season 2, not just because "I liked it, so want more", but because it sort of starts a story, with the newspaper working together with the student council. The shenanigans can begin again. I'd give it a 7.5.
I guess i gota check that trap anime:
