Give Russians their own servers?

I only have problem with cyrylic letters, they're completely wrecking the UI's, and I don't even know how to read thier names.

In Dota 2, Russians have their own servers which many of them use, but the amount of Russians on EUW is staggeringly huge.

I reckon the same would happen in WoW.
