30 tabards achiev bugged?

So I need only one tabard for this achiev. I tried equipping all Draenor tabards but none worked (got my Tanaan reputations a few days after 6.2 and then the others in the dungeon event last weekend). Is this bugged or doesn't Draenor tabards count?

There are shitloads of tabards that for some reason don't count towards the achievement, has been this way for ages.. It's pretty stupid.
