Since it's so marginal, it basically it comes down to what I said originally. You can do well doing it either way, and it just depends on playstyle

Yeah, the maths doesn't change anything of what you and others have already said. I just did it because, when Jinze mentioned that her PoM heals weren't as great as PW:S, although it was only looking at base heals, it got me thinking as to what stat setups would allow PW:S to be ahead of PoM. The rest just followed from there.

The only time I really thought to hard cast PoM was during blackhand p2 heroic/mythic where you're getting pelted by the bullets. The damage was small and constant and a shield was overkill healingwise.
