How does Sacred Draenic Incense work on WW?

I just got this trinket and assumed it would give RSK procs, guess not. Can someone just clarify how exactly it works. Thanks.

It doesn't proc like combo breaker, instead it gives an additional attack when you use those attacks - So you use blackout kick and have a chance for RSK to automatically proc off that attack.

Yes, it happens automatically with all the benefits of if you had hit the button again.

Unless you are cleaving with chi explosion then you only use it to get the debuff

On two target cleave with ChiExplosion, if you are capping TEB, one way to dish out more damage at the cost of TEB is to RSK. With T18 2PC, using RSK on 2 targets is a dps gain at the cost of TEB stacks. This will be even truer once the RSK buff happens.

RSK is significantly more damage/Chi than ChiExplosion, and since it gives a 40% chance to combo breaker, it is ahead of 4chi Chi-Ex in terms of damage on two targets. However, that's only when you're capping TEB stacks allready.
