Well, I killed many of them today on the Broken Shore from the grouping for rares and netherdhards, ending up on PvP realms. One got away though, a monk, go figure. Being a death knight, specifically blood, seems like I am unkillable so long as I'm not CCed for my entire healthbar... PvP balance seems off at the moment, at least for world PvP.

PvP balance is off? Boy have you not seen Havocs. I can literally kill people in 2 seconds. Where they're stunned for the entire time. Oh, and I have enough leech to be immortal for 15-20 seconds every 2 minutes.

I'm not sure about instanced PvP, but the ones that I encountered in the world dies easily enough. Their burst was high, yes, but I was able to survive it well enough and then down them. I'm unsure of their gear or skill potential, though, being x-realmed to a PvP realm and killing its denizens while they rage at my realm and guild tags.

Well, I normally don't take on tanks, but the few times I've been against BDK's they've also gone down very painfully.

Granted, I'm likely way better geared than they were, but still.

I'm nothing special, I'd think. Level 38 weapon, 872 Ilvl, legendary Blood belt and legs (which were both buffed for 7.2). Satellite connection, roughly 1000ms constantly, which sometimes throws people off, especially enemy melee.
