then please explain how the white house was burned down in 1814? also the british garrisons that lost in the revolutionary war didn't run back across the ocean, they marched a few hundred miles north to their new garrisons in Canada, where they gave the americans a thrashing almost 40 years later.

Wait what. In the late 1770s to early 1780s these countries did more damage to the British than the colonies ever did.

France (Who essentially funded and supplied the colonists to the point the colonists were using french weapons and ammo for 90% of their supplies in the first few months of the war onwards, even before French officially joined)

United Provinces (Dutch)
Marthan Empire in India

The fact that Britain who was facing not 1 but 3 Major powers and 2 minor powers, lasted 8 years in this war and also in this war had heavy internal dissent as well shows it wasn't just a quick kick in the empire ass. It especially wasn't a David vs Goliath type war either. It was David, Goliath (Spain), Goliath's biggest brother (France who was more powerful than Britain), Goliath's Little Brother (Dutch) and Goliath's friend down the Road (Marthan India) Vs Goliath's twin who was in no mood for war and held one hand behind his back.

Though once 1812 war came along, Britain again with one hand behind its back won the war against the US by simply keeping to their war goals. While the US didn't gain anything. (Oh don't claim New Orleans because that wasn't the last battle of the war. There was another battle couple days later that the British won.)

He is right, Arab spring was created/managed by intelligence groups, and it achieved absolutely nothing other than bloodshed.
When a culture evolves and becomes ready for a democracy, it will have a democracy, a democracy doesnt bring freedom, its freedom and education that bring democracy.

Not that democracy is that interesting either way, looking at western democracies they are all fairly big failures riddled with corruption, favors, backdoor deals, petty personal agendas and so forth.
