Subscription problem

I re-subbed today and canceled my sub right away. I got mail that says i am subbed now and i gained the cartel coin reward but when i log in to the game it says i am preferred. I tried to submit a ticket but it doesn't allow me because i am not subbed. What should i do? If i can be sure that i am not charged i will sub again but the mail says i am subbed now. Can you help guys?

That's strange cause I did the same as you did and I'm subbed.

First try to write a Thread on SWTOR Forum.

Then if there will be no help, try calling BW/EA support.

Did you check on your swtor.com account when your subsciprion will end? Or does it say that your subscription has ended?

Also did you check your bank account? Did they billed you for the re-sub?

This. I've totally forgotten to cancel a subscription that I only intended to have active for a month before, so I've gotten in the habit of canceling the subscription (if I only want to sub for a month) as soon as the transaction clears.

That is odd.Have you tried restarting your computer and renoving caches from browser and repair the launcher to the game>Maybe this wil help?Or else they have made a nwe customer support for swtor on ea I think tah even non subs can post.
