Does anyone know how big of an upgrade the heroic version of Worldbreaker's Resolve is for fury over normal? I just got it and it feels underwhelming upon first look. Going from 2.2% x 10 haste to 2.53% is only an overall 3.3% increase to haste. That seems negligible.

It's worth, an extra 3% haste is actually pretty large, despite the small number.
