I have played Diablo for years D1/D2/D3. Just got RoS, and decided to try a season 4 because some WOW friends were playing. Thinking of trying a Wizard as something different as I usually play some sort of melee class.
I don't know much about the current class balance.... who is leading? Are Wizards any good?

Monks and barbs are the strongest classes this season. Wizards are quite good at solo Greater Rifts, but Archon build needs high mob density to really shine. In groups they are almost nonexistent.

Monks are pretty fun and fairly easy to play right now.
Get Shenlong > Profit. There's the Fire build which is fairly easy damage, the Holy build which is much more durable, or the DuoGen build, which is harder to play but deals insane damage.Check out the blog I write for LEGENDARY Indie Label Flicknife Records:
