I don't get this plastic armor thing either... Honestly the people that are nit picking this hard are the same that say everything except for the things they do suck.

I only see one fanboy here - a LotR fanboy. How can anyone honestly judge the movie based on very very blurry images?
The clear images we have show an absolutely amazing level of detail.
Why the fuck do they need to give every orc eyebrows now?

Some have big eyebrows like Thrall.

    Others just a few hairs:

    And some don't have any:

It's like humans - everybody is a little bit different.

Those aren't just the actor's natural eyebrows?

Given it's CG, I doubt it.

Also, it's worth noting (For those who don't know,) that the movie has a subtitle outside
of the US. And it's really lame.

Ever since I saw the cast, I knew it would be a usual class B movie cashing in on exploiting a popular book/play/game. Just like Doom, Far Cry, Atlas Shrugged and so on.

It is puzzling to me that Blizzard, with their enormous budget, couldn't hire the best Hollywood actors. The argument that "they would be too recognizable" is laughable.

No, this is not raw footage. Sorry. This is being repeated too much. If this is leaked footage from the trailer, it's what you are going to see Friday, and that means finished footage.

There is no indication this is raw footage before any CG elements have been added - you can't see motion capture points on the humans, the backgrounds are fully rendered. You don't put a full suit of fully fucking detailed armor on a character, and then CG over it. You have no clue how CG works if you think this is unfinished footage. There may be things like color balance and such added between now and the final release of the film, but if this is from the trailer being released Friday - this is what the movie is going to look like.

If you think there will be a drastic difference between this, and what you'll see at the end of the week, that's 100% pure wishful thinking.

And, you don't need to see the hairs on the orcs nose to tell that something looks off. Really off.

Are we sure it is or that it the same trailer from Comic Con just enhanced? Do you know for sure??.

I suspect they made it look cartoony on purpose. Much like how the game went for stylized graphics over realistic ones. I'm sure they are trying to mimic that.

Sometimes the best actors don't make the movie amazing. Many times B Class Actors have come into movies & became A list. Jennifer Lawrence a prime example.

Like even the new Star Wars has nobodies, the only the people I noticed who are some bodies were Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Andy Serkis & Mark Hamil.

So Star Wars will also be a class B movie in your point of view then.

Reminder - No one had heard of Elijah Wood, Viggo Mortensen, or Orlando Bloom prior to LOTR. Elijah Wood's most prominent role before LOTR was in The Faculty...
