    Sorry, 10th amendment makes your point void

    This a good point, the better quality of meat = less likely you need to add cheese for flavor. Somewhat akin to A1 sauce for cheap steak...

    Hamburger = without cheese
    Cheeseburger = cheese on it
    If you order anything else just say what you want.

    Yeah liability, I understand what you are saying, but, as long as they have warnings or something, and announcements for those allergic, then they are fine. I seen Dairy Queen the same thing with Peanuts, for people who have Peanut Allergies, alerting them that because everybody else likes peanuts, that some peanuts might come in contact with their special little food.

    Who invited the fun police?

    On the spectrum of unhealthy things you can eat, a plain cheeseburger grilled at home is not too bad.

    Don't see the problem here, you either order a Hamburger or a Cheeseburger.

    You should have to specifically request a burger with no cheese, because everybody likes their burger with cheese on them?

    True or False

    Please explain why?
    Cheese "like" slices....just to be clear

    To be fair, if somebody with a peanut allergy comes into contact with even the smallest amount of peanut, then they need a paramedic immediately. Severe peanut allergies can kill within minutes.

    My brother once ate a peanut when he was young, and he was hospitalized.

    That's besides the point. Burgers exist that do not have a ham/cheese distinction, you specifically ask for no cheese on them.

    Incorrect, Cheese always comes on a burger, because everybody likes burgers, thus Hamburgers are Cheeseburgers. Now you might have had an argument about what kind of cheese, but that's that's another subject.

    Case in point, go to Burger King or McDonalds, tell me where on the menu, you even seem Hamburger and Cheese Burger.

    That garbage people try to pass off as American "cheese" is fucking disgusting.

    You keep ordering cheese on your burgers and I'll keep ordering a proper burger that comes without that garbage standard.
