best 60 second burst?

Imagine a boss like Blackhand lfr that you can ignore mechanics and kill it in 60 seconds. Which class is likely to pull the most damage?

Sub rogue with soul cap maybe?

Under bloodlust, Affliction with doomgaurd popped and double darksoul is nearly unbeatable.

Arcane Mage ... even I can get some awesome numbers on opening burst if I'm not moving, and I'm not a top of the line mage (either gear or skill).

Helps if the boss has some (4) adds that last the 30 seconds too
