Rule of Thumb: If the healer's HPS is higher than your DPS, you're doing it wrong.
Shaman is disabled right now, so...
I personally hope that the devs have realized that what we do know about resto going into Legion is underwhelming, to say the least. So they're taking extra time to make what info we don't know about the spec extra good.
...But then, reality sets in and, given our history, the best we can hope for is some of our utility returned, since they won't know what else to do cuz, well, shamans.
I'm happy they're disabled, it can only mean they have gone back to the drawing board and aren't ready for us to test the class changes!
We're not the only ones with very little info. There's no artifact preview for feral druids, brewmaster monks, demonology warlocks, arms warriors, or protection paladins either. It doesn't really mean anything for resto in particular.
Diplomacy is just war by other means.
It's coming fella, don't worry. There's a LONG time 'til release.
And every expansion there's a huge crowd of doom-and-gloom people who foresee it as being the worst thing ever, and take every word or lack of words from the developers as somehow significant. And they're never right either.
We've had some good expansions and some bad expansions, same as anyone else, and the community has been terrible at figuring out which is which ahead of time.
Diplomacy is just war by other means.
The ones disabled are generally ones with incomplete artifacts. The artifact quests are the lions share of what is currently available (though with some clever waterwalking you can get to the two enabled zones, the class hall ports aren't yet working); so if your artifact isn't ready (that's the tree and the scenario) then there's not a great deal of point to adding it into the test pool.
I'm officially starting with beta, with the "sky is falling, resto will be shit YET again." I do realize it's still alpha, and this is why I'm actually holding my breathe. The second beta hits, the cynic in me knows that it's in stone enough to start my bitching - depending on what the info looks like. *fingers crossed*

Is this a good sign or bad sign!?
