A job listing confirms absolutely nothing. Remember the countless games that we thought were in development in a certain way simply because of a listing? Titan, for example (which never even as much as entered development in the first place).

Disney's got the right, so you didnt expect them to make atleast 1 game a year?

Myeh. I'll wait till we have some concrete info, but I'm not going to lie... If this is a SW RPG in the same style as Kotor, I will be ALL OVER IT.

From all accounts Titan was clearly far along in development but scrapped and parts were turned into Overwatch.

wtf you base that on, isnt overwatch kinda the scraps of Titan?...
Hearthstone etc proved they could make plenty of $$ with small games.... Scrap titan ---> remake to overwatch.

So yeah battlefront wasnt really needed. i wish they had made an open world multiplayer rpg instead(not an mmo).

Star wars is the force and lightsabers, We need more of that

If it has RPG in it and multiplayer/mmo stays out of it, I wouldn't mind. Heck give it to Bioware and let them actually make a good game again without the EA oppression and keep micro transactions out of it... ah who am I kidding, it would be light saber grinding simulator 2016/7 or skip this annoying shit by paying us 5 bucks.

Maybe they'll request bioware to do the coding,. and EA just sits on top of their skull throne ordering DLCs to be added.
    Right?

Shame EA is making this game. I guess I will play it 5 or 6 years after release when all the game and all DLC are in a package for like 20 bucks. Fuck EA. I will never ride along their horse shit roller coster.

Not really bothered by that, of all the Star Wars games there really haven't been that many that I would praise as particularly good, so EA is would just follow that trend (if it actually turns out to be bad, yes I know EA is the devil, but the devil does have some sweet deals sometimes).

Oh and you can't ruin an already garbage game IP, especially when fans of the previous garbage games demand the same garbage again. There I said it, the previous Battlefront games where garbage

Too bad they don't even do that for most of their titles... More money in selling the DLC separately for full price 5 years after the fact...

*cries in the corner waiting for a Mass Effect Complete Edition*

They actually did a complete edition with the last dragon age game just recently, whether they'll do the same for an eventual star wars RPG is the unknown bit.
