I see. Well I think plenty of folks have done that in their middle ages or 20's. I think plenty have had those dreams where you end up doing that. It sure is embarrassing, but all you can do is when you feel it or think you are about to in a dream, snap out of it and use the toilet.

I need a multiplayer game where I can play a 100% support role.

Heroes of the Storm and Overwatch is all I have presently, and neither of those are 100% support roles. You are still expected to be aggressive in both games to accomplish anything, even as the support.
