Called in today after two days of not sleeping. It would be enough points to get me fired, but I ok'd it with a manager beforehand, and I have a point that falls off Thursday, and I'm of for the rest of the week. I'm fairly certain the sleeping pill I took somehow destroyed my stomach, though I'm not sure how.

I have had good luck with using melatonin. It isn't as rough on your system as other pills and it's much harder to get addicted to.

Then again melatonin would work tonight if my own heart beat didn't keep me up. I don't know why, but sometimes it's so strong it just lightly shifts me, like someone is kicking my bed lightly. I don't get it.

Well, what happened was, the pain from my headaches/migraines was so great, I couldn't sleep. Went to work on almost zero sleep. Got home the following night, and decided that no matter what, I was gonna get sleep. So I took some extra meds, and took some sleeping pill, and went to bed early. Got up not too long after that with some crazy stomach cramps. And I hardly ate anything after work. Spent most of the morning dealing with the pain, and eventually (longer than usual), getting it out of my system. It's 8 p.m. here now and I'm still not feeling much better. So something definitely fucked me hard.

Pills can do that if you take too many, especially sleeping pills like that.
