Who else hates Christmas?

And you've obviously not aware of the "guilt trip" by your 2 remaining family members.

In the good part of the world Christmas was yesterday.

The crazy amount of people and all the negative emotions crush my soul.

Can't stand this time of year. Its the only holiday that makes me wish I lived in a cave high up in some mountains.

I know its easy to see the world in black and white, but try, with all your might to imagine I might not be a cranky 50 year old man, who's family hates and only invites him along because its the thing to do.

She's a pretty big ole world, and theres lots of people living in it of different shapes and sizes. I didn't realise it was such a sin to make a thread in the off topic section on the forums.

Lets forget the family part ok? Can you do that if you can put aside your fetish for bashing people having a bad day routine? Ill list some other reasons I dont like christmas, WHICH IS WHAT THE THREAD IS ABOUT SO IF YOU LIKE CHRISTMAS WHY ARE YOU EVEN HERE

- crowds of people at supermarkets
- christmas songs on the radio
- Businesses spamming the fuck out of christmas and dressing up their stores at the first of December.
- commercialism.
- Over eating
- Drink driving stats
- People constantly in a rush whenever you go near town.
- Everyone having their time off at once and shit being closed.

I could go on but you'll probably bring up something random so Ill just respond to that

I love spending the time with my family and friends and SO. I like Christmas songs and decorating the tree with family. I didn't make it about commercialism. I am still praying that I will see a white Christmas in my lifetime, still hasn't happened. Closest we had snow to Christmas was on New Years day back in 1996. Most of the time it doesnt snow till Feburary :P

Only thing I hate about Christmas is the fact I got to work Christmas Even and Boxing Day... retail can be mean, especially when your in management

Been like 10 years since we had snow and I'm pretty far north Usually don't get snow until January

Not me. And I wouldn't let myself be pulled into drama or expectations even if my family was that way. Luckily it's not. My Christmas = eating lots of stuff I don't eat otherwise during the year, having my closest family over for dinner, drinking Julmust and watching movies.

I love the decorations (classy ones), lights and such.

The worse part of Thanksgiving and Christmas is doing the dishes.
