I didn't see it at first glance, but found him pretty fast by hovering over every single one with my mouse. They are too much lined up to make it hard.

I didn't spot the panda it until I read about the carrot noses. I was looking for something hidden and not on the surface. I honestly don't believe I would have ever spotted it.

To actually make this in any way difficult, the panda should've been chewing on a
carrot and there should have been at least ten times as many beings in the image.
As it is, he's an obvious break in a tiny pattern.
