So you want them to continuously kill people and recruit people as more and more shootings occur more often which makes it seem like they are the ones who are winning? Civilians shouldn't have to do anything regarding the government. Its comparing apples and oranges. When little bobby sees big joe talking about what he wants to do violently to a government official should be monitored and censored.

Yeah, well my point is Quetzl, there are limits to everything, and unfortunately sometimes people aren't going to like being forced to have to do the right thing, like act like a decent fucking human being. Even though, I know that doesn't seem as COOL as just let the LULZ happen!

Only one possible answer : NO.
The world wide web should never be monitored (even though it is, sites, governments, hackers) or censored. Certain areas\specific websites can and should be censored\moderated by their owners\moderators (say, MMO-C is heavily moderated), or parents monitoring their children's activity on the web for their safety, companies should monitor what their employees 'surf' during work hours, etc. but the 'web' itself, should never be.

No it doesn't, it stems from people who can game the system and have the most wealth, it maybe used to stem from the people, but for the most part I think most have come to the realization that people are dangerous, and stupid, and for the most part need to be controlled. Otherwise you get too many idiots running around with "IDEAS"

The cost of forcing someone to act a particular way is very high, and in the vast majority of cases unjustifiable. Moreover, forcing a particular public profile way only breed private resentment and lead to negative secondary effects. Finally, forcing someone to act differently in the public eye betrays who they really are - you're essentially forcing them to lie, and it's better for people to know that they're a dick before getting involved with them.
