    Your favourite affordable car?

I know affordable is rather subjective, but lets keep it at under 60k USD. Mine would definately be the A5 or the A7 sportback, whichever comes first. At 45-60k USD you can either have both. To me this is the ultimate car in looks. Elegant, flashy, but not the "look at that douche and his showoff car" flashy. It works for business visits and casual driving.

Whats yours? (most car brand websites have a configurator, post a pic of the car )

    I actually prefer the TT.....

However can't decide which version, the G3 TT is very nice and the "lines" are much more solid, however the G2 TT has the sport version with fixed spoilers that I really dig.

Shame there isn't a G3 TT with the sport pack....yet.....

I don't know yet. I'm waiting for Clarkson-Hammond-May to get back on air.

I love the aesthetics of the BMW M235 line. they're not particularly expensive relative to appearance, in my opinion.

If I were going to edge closer to $100K, I'd be looking at a Porsche 911. Classic, beautiful, powerful, and not too gauche.

I drive a cheapie Scion tC though, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't have any favorite car. If they work to drive with, that's fine for me.

Actually there is a new TT 420 now that has the shape of the G3 TT, but still has a spolier!!!!! However this is the 420 version, 420 HP and 0-60mph is 3.7 sec, so I am unsure how affordable this is

    Looks nice IMO though.....

Pretty much, i look at safety and then costs.
Its a tool, I don't have a favorite toothbrush or a favorite screwdriver, I look for cost-efficiency, don't need more money sinks.

Comes in under budget, as long as you don't specify too many any extras.

Owned a moderately tuned B7 A4. Don't think I'd touch an Audi other than a non-tiptronic R8 with a ten foot pole. Too much understeer for my enjoyment. Given your price cap, the Cayman GT4.

Wow, I'm super surprised, but can confirm:

Now I'm having trouble not thinking, "if I really want one, I can buy a new Aston Martin in a couple years". Would be a pretty stupid purchase, but still.

That link is for the standard model, the picture I linked is the V8 Vantage S, which is a bit more expensive and comes in at £95k.

Ah, that makes sense. I had $100K in mind. I'm still kinda shocked that they're not more. I guess I just had V12s up in the head.

The standard model would be about $125k, get one thats a year or two old and let someone else take the hit on depreciation.
