Upgrade Help Request!!

Hi! I'm not very big on tech computer knowledge but I would like to know what to upgrade from my computer to increase its performance.. I generally play Blizzard games WoW,HoTs and now (Overwatch) but also do other mmo's like BnS. however It rarely runs at 30 fps and it can only handle Fair and somewhat good settings without stuttering.. Here's what I've owned for the past 5 years and its still exactly the same as showed
