Would anyone mind assessing my logs? :)

Hey guys, ive been getting into progressive raiding for the first time ever in WoW (played since start of Cata) and am just not quite sure on how to assess where I or the rest of my raid stands. We are struggling on N Archi and im not sure if im pulling my weight as much as I should as a MM.

Currently I am 713 with the 4 set and mirror/malicious censor trinket. I seem to hover around 52-55k on a majority of the fights. Im always trying to prioritize Chimaera shots and have enough focus to cast as soon as its ready. I also avoid using Barrage unless absolutely necessary

Thanks for any help btw. Im honestly just trying to make sure I can pull out the best numbers possible for both myself and the raid.
