Skyrim Blurry/Smokey Distance Bug! Please Help (Got Screenshots)

When I look around, no matter where I go, shit is blurry. No matter what I do it won't go away...
It worked fine from the start of the game, until I finished a quest from Thieves Guild. Out of sudden it happened.

I use several mods. ENB, Enhanced Light and FX and other mods too.
Any suggestions?

The only thing that I can think of to is to disable all of your mods.. Which I can gather you have already done, the other is to run the repair files part in steam.. Other than that, that is all I can think of right now..

Start with removing the ENB.
