Current Priest Gear

Right now I'm at 733 with mostly crit gear since I'm AS spec'd...I haven't raided much in a while but I did a mythic run last week and scored a bunch of mastery gear. Should I switch my enchants/sockets to mastery and go full CoP/Insanity since most fights don't require a lot of aoe?

also, if i do this. what trinkets are best for single target? i'm just used to AS
