How good is 4piece for Feral?

So i finally acquired 4piece and i main Feral. My question is - how valuable is it?
Specifically, in the proccess of going for 4piece i lose my Wildshaper's Clutch and use a Chatoyant Signet instead.
Additionally, i lose around 3% Mastery, 500~ Agility and like 2 Item levels overall, would the trade be worth it?

It's about a ~%4-5 increase ST with SR. It's not great, but the best thing to do would be sim the different gear sets and see what works better.
