Great now translate that to actual game play in a way that makes for a 'fun' game for all paying customers!

Warriors were incredibly powerful in the first 4 seasons of arena, but I still had fun fighting them because there were a lot of tools you could use to severely reduce their uptime. They have to either have extreme power, or unlimited uptime, but not both. And if you choose to limit their uptime, you have to do so in a way which makes it so you can't permanently limit it, which would clearly be foolish. At the moment it does seem a bit unbalanced but at the moment is not "live first legion arena season" so crying is a bit premature. I will end though by saying it's a lot easier to balance for 24/7 uptime because you can just tweak damage, than it is to make them very strong and tweak cc.
