Post Wanting to build my own pc. Need help!

So I'm sick of the current laptop I have atm, can barely run wow at 40fps at lowest setting and can't even run HoTs. I'm looking to build a new pc so I can run all those simple games, you know, WoW, Hots, LoL, etc. I don't really mind the settings, I've lived my whole life playing games on the lowest settings possible, I would like a build that could maybe run those games at medium to low settings but still at a constant 60fps or higher. I don't have that high of a budget so I'm trying to stay as cheap as possible and I also already have the monitor taken care of so I don't have to worry about that. So if any one could help me make a pc build that would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
