[Build Request] Budget computer for Blizz games ($450 USD).

I'm building a computer for the wife for Legion. She primarily plays Blizzard games. Mostly Heroes of the Storm and WoW. I have a 1080p monitor. She doesn't necessarily care about Ultra settings (would be nice though), she just wants smooth. My budget is $450-ish. I have some wiggle room if necessary. Any help would be appreciated. I don't want an SSD right now, I might upgrade it later though.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I don't know how you guys do it. As far as putting it together I can and have done that no problem. I'm just a complete noob on coming up with the build itself.

Quick question, I just remembered I actually already have an HD (bought it but didn't use it for my last PC). Am I able to improve this build maintaining the $450 budget?

i5-6400 is not an upgrade over i3-6100 for WoW due to low clocks.

That's fair. I've amended my last post.
