Can't log into the game.

Well crap.

So I haven't played this game in a LONG time, wanted to give it another shot while I wait for legion to release, problem is, I couldn't remember my password. I reset it, and I can log into the website, but when I try to log into the launcher, it keeps giving me this error message:

"Connection failed. Please try again. Error Code : 1076:4:5:2413"

is there anything I can do about this?

is this normal when a password is reset?

so i may have figured out the issue. when i first made my gw2 account 4 years ago i used my less common email and the email i was trying to use and getting this error code was from my main email which only had beta access. so that error is for beta accounts and there is no beta anymore obviously.
