I mention it IRL to friends as an offering to join them.
Only time I mention it in-game is if I'm going AFK on a group...

Its the same as

"Brb, bio"
"Brb, food"
"Brb, water"
Now if they continuously talk about how high they are(in game) its likely because they believe they don't perform as well while stoned but enjoy playing more while stoned.
