MM - Haste/Mastery % ?

Hey guys!

What's the haste cap im suppose to reach?
Im crafting gear, and i get all kind of secondary variations.
More haste and less mastery
More mastery and less haste
And something i even get only mastery with a big number.

I know mastery is prior to haste, but i just wanted to know because i cant find the answer everywhere. Icy Veins wont tell syggested % for each stat so...

There is no cap. You stack Mastery and Haste that's all, with Mastery higher of course.

Damn it.
I accidently crafted and upgraded 7/7 leggings that looks like this:

1297 Agility
1945 Stamina
839 Haste
466 Mastery


I shouldve gone with more mastery base on craft.
