Hard to say, you can't really compare them really since each nation faces different problems.
But I guess Obama would be alright. He shouldn't have provoked Russia the way he did (what was there to gain?), but overall his 8 years could have been worse. You will see that once Clinton or Trump take over.
Living? That is a difficult one? Orban of Hungry, only because he sticks a it to the EU over Merkel's migrant policy.
Dead? Empress Theodora of the Byzantines.
On MMO-C we learn that Anti-Fascism is locking arms with corporations, the State Department and agreeing with the CIA, But opposing the CIA and corporate America, and thinking Jews have a right to buy land and can expect tenants to pay rent THAT is ultra-Fash Nazism. Bellingcat is an MI6/CIA cut out. Clyburn Truther.
You young guys with your pop culture quotes. I'm sure that would have made more sense if I were just 20 years younger!Originally Posted by Kalis

Trudeau is only slightly less of a douchecanoe than Stephen Harper was....

And he tells his athletes to cheat at the Olympics because everyone else is cheating by taking PEDs. So all of his athletes cheat on their home soil, have been exposed and subsequently been banned from other Olympics.
I like Barack Obama and Justin Trudeau.
Sadly I can't name a European leader that I really admire. I can name a few who I despise, like Victor Orban. But most are just OK. In the context of the refugee crisis I like Angela Merkel, but her overall record is too much tainted with insisting on austerity rather than solidarity as a remedy to Europe's financial troubles. Obama did a much better job handling the US economy than the European leaders have done with ours. He went the stimulus way, which is better, because if the economy grows the public debt shrinks as a percentage of the overall economy. Austerity just leads to a smaller economy and so the debt grows as a percentage of the overall economy.

Also known as the 'people's king', he has travelled through Bhutan extensively, on foot and on bicycle, and stayed in the homes of the locals and cooked for them.

Pope Francis.
Putin, easily.
Since a few people are naming dead leaders as well, I'm gonna toss out good ole General Douglas MacArthur. Appointed ruler of Japan after their surrender in WWII, he is the one responsible for their prosperity since. He laid the infrastructure that turned Japan from a country of fallout and ash into a cultural and economical powerhouse. Not to mention he was a pretty awesome guy even before and after the occupation.
Kim Jong-un.
Dalai Lama. I don't agree with everything he says, but he is the only one who seems to be doing something with the purpose of uniting all people in the world, rather than pushing interests of one's country.
Second and third would probably be Trudeau and Obama.
So was Hitler.
