Shadow Priest PvE DPS help

Hello
I'm an old WoW player thats been playing priest since vanilla, thou iv'e been playing a lot of classes since then and priest was a long time ago now. But in Legion i decided to go back playing priest and my main thought was to play holy but guilders convinced me to play Shadow. But iv'e got a big problem... my DPS sucks.. Iv'e been looking at a lot of videos on youtube and looking at many WoW Communitys but nothing works.. Trying different rotations and so on too.. And i got pretty good gear. Got my legendary yesterday and was hyped because it gave me 2 extra charge of mindblast but dps still sucks.. I know my main stats are intellect, haste and crit but i appreciete any help i can get.
My biggest problem is to get voidform stacks upp.. always ending up at 23-25 stacks then my voidform ends.

My dps is max 200k atm.
