Mythic Plus - Minimum Trash Guide Request

Hey guys,
I looked online for a guide which showed how to capitalize on killing easy mobs with the most trash percentage yield, effectively the most efficient route for each Mythic+ Dungeon. Time obviously determining whether you'll be getting the next keystone level, how can I utilize things like invisibility potions or gliders and in which areas of the dungeon to use them. If someone can direct me to a set of Youtube videos or a detailed guide, that would be awesome!
