Help me find a new laptop

I am using a laptop that is on its last legs the GPU is failing and the charging port is also out of whack as it barely can take the charge from the charger for playing WoW and other games. my budget is $800-$1200 ( I know I should get a PC but my current living situation does not allow for that ) I am looking for reccomendations on what to get for a laptop that can play games like WoW or CiV or FFXIV and decent settings in higher end content with groups of people with out dropping to 10 FPS.

So again I am looking for suggestions until I have the arrangement that allows me to get a PC. if I cant post this type of thread I do apologize.

Why doesn't your current living situation allow for a PC? You can make them incredibly compact if you have limited space...

Because I live at home while finishing my 4 year at my uni and my parents have a pc and we only have room for one desktop.

I wouldnt get anything with a 960m, either raise your budget a couple hundred and get a 1060 laptop or get one with a 950m and save some money, like this:

Between this and a 950m laptop, it really depends on how long you are going to keep it as your main rig. If its just for a year or two get the 950m.
