    Dragon's Breath nerf?

    > Dragon's Breath Enemies in a cone in front of you take 0 Fire damage and are disoriented for 4 sec. Damage will cancel the effect. Mage - Fire Spec. 4% of Base Mana. Instant. 20 sec cooldown.

    On PTR. Has anyone verified this, also what does the dragon breath legendary do now?

    Does this only affect PvP?

    Probably a dataminig error or PVP only - it makes no sense for PVE due to the headpiece legendary that doubles DB's damage.
