shadow priest xavius hc weak - help please

Hi, fellow mmoc ppl!
Need an advice - my guild teammate playing sh.p. performing terrible, compare to his heart and logs:

I'm not a shadow super expert because it's my off-spec, but just looking at the debuff log i can see:
- one surrender to madness 32 seconds long
- another surrender to madness 3 seconds long

He should stay in surrender to madness like 2 minutes each time, and that dps will be doubled.

I think he should just look at the shadow guides here in the forum and train to maintain the form as long as possible, this is just the basics

Yep, I'm pretty sure he messed up his s2ms. Given, first one will not be that long, since you only have swds on the big add in p1 and on the small walking ones (can't remember their names), so it will be around 70-80 seconds max, unless you you're really good at sniping extra swds without falling behind. But second one should be around 90-120 seconds. But he has some bad gear (too much mastery, very little crit), so I would not expect him to reach 2 minutes in s2m.
