Both sides manage on it. The problem comes when certain few are railing constantly against x and y, ignoring completely what they do themselves, then comes people who remind them of what their side does, since they have conveniently forgot about that. It then makes the latter people look like they support the opposing cause, even if they don't give much of a crap about it. That of course causes even more frothing from the people making the original arguments, when they now see "enemies" everywhere.

I'm bored of the one sided "evil left liberals" frothing, so I am one who will gladly remind them of their own extreme shortcomings. If some are only frothing with generalizations, then I think rational arguments are pointless. Might aswell just return the favor with the generalizations. There's no real discussion to be had in any case, if people start off unreasonable.

Good example in a thread recently, where a guy thinks good person is someone who'd cause mass harm upon millions, because they believe they are doing good. Anyone then who oppose religious persons attempt at causing harm and reducing rights of over hundred million people, he calls "dangerous radicals" I mean, what on earth discussion can you have with looneys.

Well I was accused a few posts before of being one of these crazy left wing people. I only push back from the left so much, for the reason I see the other side will give no credit whatsoever on the other side. It is literally; Black and White. Their side is right and other side has nothing to stand on.
