Prove that they intended to kill. They didn't beat the guy, they didn't stab him, shoot him, anything that one might imagine to kill him. One of them lit a newspaper, and threw it on a mattress. You'll have very hard time proving intent to kill with that.

If these were adults they would've been charged with murder, why is it different just because it's kids? They're more than old enough to realize this is fucked up. here in my country, eons ago, the custody of childrens on social risk was handed to the cops, every mofo children grew to be a respectable member of society, then legislations came and the goverment took care of them, now we have almost every day news of childrens dying because their keepers are fucking useless

TLDR: children custody should be handled by someone capable, aka, the cops
