I just tested sims with ~32% Haste vs ~28% Haste and it said the 28% haste was better, so I'm not really sure if it accurately represents ED.
Still wondering why I play this game.
I'm a Rogue and I also made a spreadsheet for the Order Hall that is updated for BfA.

The default priority list doesn't take the haste thresholds into account, the rotation doesn't change when you get one. You need to manually edit the priority list, there are a few examples in this thread : http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...3#post43560373
