Mass Res Inc [Alliance] of the Icecrown/Malygos server is recruiting for Mythic raiding. We are currently 2/7 M EN and 2/3 H ToV.
The past couple of months had been incredibly rough on us, with attendance issues and life issues preventing people from raiding. We went through a small leadership change, and things are already picking back up. We're looking to get the last few people to round out the roster now.
If you're looking to progress on Mythic content at a non-hardcore pace with a not terribly serious atmosphere but enough to get things done, then we're the guild for you!
We are looking for:
1 healer, Priest or Shaman
3-4 DPS, very strong preference towards ranged DPS
In case you're looking at those numbers and wondering, we aim to have a roster of 25 people so we can cover bases when absences occur. In a perfect world, no one will be absent, in which case we rotate people so everyone gets to raid.
As for a bit of history about us - we formed from the remains of a previous guild in the middle of BRF (March 2015). We cleared BRF in Heroic, and moved onto HFC when it was released. We ended up clearing 9/13 Mythic HFC before the 7.0 nerf came out. We moved into Legion strong, but recent events in some raiders' lives have caused them to have to bow out of the roster, which has put a damper on our progress. That's why we are here.
Our raiding schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8PM to 10:30PM CST (which is our server time). We typically start sending out invites anywhere from 15 minutes before.
We use Mumble as our VoIP, and it is required.
