    About the guild

Outside of raids, we are first and foremost a community. We hang out on voice comms, chat and play many other games together. We really want to make everyone feel welcome, and feel like they could see themselves as part of the social aspect of the guild. Even if the guild were to stop raiding tomorrow, the guild would still be here, the people would still be here, doing things together and having fun.

Sidenote, can you believe this guy is part of the guild?

The people in the guild have been raiding, and often raiding together, since vanilla WoW. We are not the most hardcore guild out there, as we prioritise having fun and getting along. That said, we are going to be raiding mythic, and that does require a certain degree of seriousness, competitiveness, and tough decisions that not everyone will agree with.
We take our raiding seriously. We make serious videos

But mostly we just try to have fun as a group.

Loot distribution. This is what everyone wants to know, so here it is. We have tried many different systems in the past, but we have settled on Loot Council for Legion. The exact details on that system can be read in the designated post, but to hopefully put some minds at ease, I can say that it will be completely transparrent. Every single time someone receives a piece of gear, it will be written down in a loot history post that everyone in the guild can see. This should help show that there's no favoritism and no corruption. Our officers will be tough but fair. The loot will go to the people that have earned it, evenly.
    Guild History

This is the boring part of the post that no one will read, but it has to be here. The history of our guild(s).

While many of us met in Vanilla and TBC, the guild Liquid Courage didn't happen until the tail end of TBC. When everyone were kind of done with raiding and just waiting around for Wrath, we decided to make our own guild and gather all our friends in one place. Friends and friends of friends all came together to start raiding as a single raiding squad in Wrath of the Lich King.

We were off to a rough start, but it all started to come together with Ulduar. We had a ton of fun taking on the hardmodes of Ulduar in our 10 man groups, while still maintaining a 25 man raiding squad.
We had a couple of not-so-great merges to try to keep our 25 man squad going, but we always came away with some great new people who are still with us to this day.

Wrath ended with the guild raiding ICC25 heroic up until the very end.

Some of our early videos, to show we were going strong back then. If you joined the guild today, you'd be able to recognize a lot of the names as current members of the guild.

We didn't actually realize that we had several keyboard turners in the guild until we watched that footage. It was a different game back then, we have slightly higher standards today

    ---------------------

Cataclysm, also known as the dark ages of Liquid Courage and WoW.

We had to downsize to a 10 man raiding squad, which was okay, because we were a little short on people at the time. We had some fun in the first tier of raiding, went on break, had some fun in Firelands, went on break, had some fun in Dragon Soul... Well, you get the idea. That was pretty much Cataclysm for us.

In Mist of Pandaria we were a little more serious. We made an attempt at a proper, heroic 10 man raiding squad. We did alright, clearing most of the content in the first raiding tier on heroic.

When 5.2 came around and gave us Throne of Thunder, we really started to pick up the slack and went all-out on the heroic raiding. 200 Thunder King wipes later, we managed to clear all the content on heroic before the next patch came out.

Siege of Orgrimmar went well. We raided some heroic encounters, cleared most of the raid and went on hiatus until Warlords of Draenor.

    ---------------------

The most recent, and most relevant history is of course Warlords of Draenor. This is where the guild changed into what it is today.

We were super hyped for Warlords of Draenor, still high on our Mist of Pandaria raiding success! We were going to take our 10 man heroic raiding squad, and turn it into a 20 man mythic raiding squad.

We had pretty much every single person who ever raided with us, and who was coming back for Draenor, join the guild again. We also got a group of people to join, who were friends of friends, and who everyone kind of already knew from way back in the day, when everyone knew everyone on your their home server.

We were off to a great start, and despite having a few rough patches in the first raiding tier, the guild kept going strong and was raiding mythic content up to and including BRF.

Sadly Draenor was not the great expansion we were promised, and a lot of people were dropping from the game. We had to stop raiding before we could get started on Hellfire Citadel.

The people who were still playing managed to make a new guild, where they had some Hellfire Citadel mythic fun. They did very well,

During our Draenor downtime, a small group of people wanted to try something new. They wanted to try playing horde. And even though these idiots had a hard time making it work, as seen here

We decided to just go with it and roll on a new server, as horde.

This is where we are now..
