    Call of the Scarab Quest

    Does anyone know how to get this quest... as a completionist I try to do all quests available and this is the breadcrumb quest that should lead me to Silithus. Yet I am not getting it or don't see where to get it. I am max level.

    It's a quest that auto pops up when you cross the border into Silthius.
