Current government put its head on the block over the TPP, they are trying to get the TPP going (which is btw a huge anti-China policy).

Challenge Mode : Play WoW like my disability has me play:
You will need two people, Brian MUST use the mouse for movement/looking and John MUST use the keyboard for casting, attacking, healing etc.
Briand and John share the same goal, same intentions - but they can't talk to each other, however they can react to each other's in game activities.
Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.

THE Australian government will today urge President Donald Trump to flex US muscle in Asia amid escalating instability with China.

In her first foreign policy address since President Trump’s inauguration, Foreign Minister Julie Bishop will talk up our strong defence ties with the US and the deep friendship between our countries.

“We are allies, partners, collaborators and most importantly friends — we like each other — a lot,” she will tell a US-Australia dialogue at G’Day USA in Los Angeles.

“It is a fact that Australia has fought beside the United States in every major war or conflict since 1914. Today, an Australian Air Task Group is striking Daesh targets in Iraq and eastern Syria, as part of our major contribution to the US-led coalition against the terrorist group,” she will say.

“We also work closely with the United States on counter terrorism in South East Asia, where we are building the capacity of local authorities to counter violent extremism and address the problem of returning fighters.”

Australia is concerned about continued construction and militarisation of disputed features in the South China Sea, in particular the pace and scale of China’s activities,” she will say.

The best way to safeguard the region is through increased US influence.

“The US presence and its alliances have provided the stability that has underwritten the region’s growth for many decades,” she will say.

Most nations wish to see more US leadership, not less, and have no desire to see powers other than the US calling the shots.
The funny part, Australia and China have a free trade agreement.

China has one with NZ also. China has been aggressively pursuing trade agreements with everybody and their grandmother.

After TPP was canceled, Australia Trade Minister (Steve Ciobo) stated that Australia would support the Free Trade Area of the Asia-Pacific advanced by the Chinese government.

Even the EU is not Chinese proof. EU-China trade has increased dramatically in recent years. China is the EU's biggest source of imports by far, and has also become one of the EU's fastest growing export markets. The EU has also become China’s biggest source of imports. China and Europe now trade well over €1 billion a day.

On one hand he stops the TTP, what forms a large block against china where it hurts them most. On the other hand he tries this.

Guess he and his cronies have some gain from this in some way.
